Techniques are refined, and the food is good, but memorable it ain't. Perhaps a bib gourmand would do, but there are many better and more reasonably-priced restaurants in Singapore that don't even have a star.
One of Sentosa’s best-kept secrets is its wide selection of over 100 dining options available across the island's five zones. For a spectacular dining experience, the golden sandy beaches and lush foliage as well as large breadths of manicured greens create the perfect backdrop. Diners have the choice to enjoy casual and affordable offerings, or indulge in Michelin-starred goodness. Get whisked away to the promenades of Europe at the restaurants of Quayside Isle, which offer delectable fare from the rest of the world. Let the gentle lullaby of the white-fringed waves serenade you as you sink your toes into the sand and munch on bar bites at our many beachfront restaurants. Or take a joyride on Singapore’s only cable car network and make hearts skip with the breathtaking view as you dine on Faber Peak, the Mountain of Happiness. The dining options are endless!

First of all, there isn’t clear any indication where to find vegetarian/vegan food. Either do I want to waste time queue up and only to discover that the stall cannot “customise” a vegetarian version for me.
It was a…

Simple, unpretentious and rustic Chinese cuisine in a nice environment. Food was decently price and very tasty. Service was great. Fantastic place to have lunch or dinner after a good time in Sentosa. It is of little wonder why they are Michelin Worthy.

Had a romantic dinner at the Michelin one star restaurant. Cuisine served was a fusion of Western and Asian elements elegantly presented in a classy setting. We tired the trout and steak as our entree and were left satisfied with the quality on our plate. Both…

Stone Hearth Flat Bread - We started off with our favourite garlic butter flat bread but on this occasion, it was a wee bit under-cooked. Still good nonetheless, especially when paired with the mildly zesty tomato basil paste. Definitely worth the $11++…

We visited this restaurant on Jan.22. 2017, as my friend who came to Singapire for the 1st time would like to try Singapore Version of Seafood. I chose to go there as it closer to Universal Studio where my friend's group had an outing. We were not disappointed,…

Looking for a place for a quick and casual dinner, I chanced upon Central Restaurant.
The place bills itself as a Hong Kong cafe.

I find the donuts there very high in sugar, so much that even my kids with a sweet tooth could not finish it.
A nice perk me up though is the ice latte with green tea…

Cedele at RWS offers a hearty and healthier breakfast option.
At a recent visit, I went fo the THINS set ($12.80), which is a thin pita bread, loads of cheese and ham oven toasted. It came with a hearty chicken soup. I love the soups at Cedele, because…

When I first walked past Avenue Joffre, I took a long stare at it as the name looked strange. But looking into the menu, I realised that it was not some Malaysian street but a place that served Shanghainese and Chinese food.
For variety, I went with…
