Fantastic location with a great view of the harbour. Best in the evenings when the wind is cool and pedestrian traffic is light.

Understand that the restuarant opens only from 5.30pm. Hence customers waited outside the restuarant. The waitress could have done better by serving the diners who have made reservation first then bringing all diners (about 10 of us) up to 2nd level together.
